He oversees all One One Team operations, attracts new talent, negotiates sponsorships and supports the PR department in development, building relationships with clients and media operates in the creation of content on the various social platforms. 

Luis Fernando plays a key role in the growth and market development for the agency. He holds a degree in Communications from Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela and a Certificate in Sports Journalism. In the past, Luis Fernando was a youth soccer coach at the Euroamerican Academy and assistant coach of the U-21 soccer team at UCV in Caracas.
